What SpiceMatch is
SpiceMatch is an adult AI companion service built to look like a fan platform where every creator is AI. A user swipes to match with a creator, chats with her for free within a daily message cap, and pays for more messages, photos, video and voice notes. It is free to start, with no card, and it runs as a website with an English and Spanish switch; the navigation also carries a Download link.
The about page puts the pitch plainly: the creators are AI, they text back, and there is no human behind the account. Hundreds of creators are claimed by the site, and the matching deck is said to learn what a user is into as the user chats.
What you can do with it
A session has 3 steps, which the home page numbers as match, chat and opening her feed. Matching works by swipe, and the page says everyone a user swipes right on matches back. Chat is where most of the free value sits. The site says a creator answers in seconds, at any hour, and remembers what the user told her last time. The help center lists articles on how companions, personalities, memory and group chat work. A selector on the pricing page offers a choice between women and men.
Each creator has a profile with a feed. She posts photos and video that go only to members who open her feed. The pricing page says every creator keeps the same face and figure in every post and lists a range of body types, and the home page repeats "Same face every time". A user can follow a creator to keep her posts in a Following feed, or subscribe to open her whole feed.
Custom media is a separate purchase made inside the chat. The pricing page says credits pay for the custom items in chat: a photo the creator shoots for the user, a video, or a voice note. Card text on the pricing page names a scene the user directs and a private show as examples of what a creator can offer. The terms describe credits as a license to use features such as image and video generation, so the photo and video side of the product is credit-metered generation rather than a free gallery. The site publishes no resolution, clip length, styles or model name for images and video. The privacy policy does name the AI chat provider as xAI, plus a safety and routing classifier called TypeSafe and unnamed image and video generation providers.
Voice arrives as voice notes, paid in credits, and the Spice+ plan lists "Voice notes with credits". The navigation also lists Interactive JOI and Creator videos as feature pages. A free AI pre-sales guide called Madame V answers questions about plans, credits, features and privacy.
The product covers several things at once. It is a companion app with memory, a free NSFW chat with a daily cap, and a generator for photos and video, all inside a single account with a single credit balance that, per the pricing page, works with every creator.
Free tier, plans and billing
Free means 10 messages a day, shared across all chats, with no card needed, plus matching and browsing every creator. There are 3 paid platform tiers named Starter+, Spice+ and VIP, and each raises the daily message cap and adds a monthly credit allowance. Paid tiers also include faster, smarter replies, and VIP opens every creator's feed at once. A plan buys chat; a creator subscription buys one feed; credits buy media. These are 3 separate things and a heavy user may pay for more than one. The page offers monthly or annual billing, and it also offers VIP as a prepaid term of 3, 6 or 12 months paid once, with a one-time bonus-credit grant and no renewal to cancel. Credit packs are bought once and, per the page, credits never expire mid-cycle.
In October 2026 the pricing page lists Starter+ at $4.99 per month with 75 messages a day and VIP at $29.99 per month with 600 messages a day and every creator's feed opened, with Spice+ between them. The same page prices a single creator subscription at $2.99 per month, a photo at 150 credits and a video at 300, and the 12-month VIP prepay at $215.99 as a single payment.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation is done in the app under Account, Settings, Subscriptions, or through the payment processor's own portal shown on the receipt; it stops future renewals and benefits run to the end of the paid period. Card purchases go through CCBill and crypto purchases through ATLOS. The pricing page names secure card and crypto checkout, one-click cancel, and "no surprise charges". The refund page lists what is refunded: unauthorized or fraudulent charges after review, duplicate billing or technical double charges, credits charged for a failed generation that was not re-credited, a renewal charge after confirmed cancellation, and cases where consumer law requires it. It lists what is not: credits already spent on delivered chats, feed openings or generations, dislike of how an image, video or conversation turned out, and unused time after canceling. It warns that chargebacks on delivered purchases can lead to account closure. The billing pages name no statement descriptor.
Rules and privacy
The terms require users to be 18 or older and say that, where the law requires it, a third-party age check runs before adult content is shown; SpiceMatch receives only the result. The privacy policy names VerifyMy as the age-verification partner, which gets the user's email address and returns a pass or fail result and a reference number. Some US states and some countries are not served. The terms state that every character, image, video and conversation is generated by AI, that no real performers appear and that the app reminds users it is software.
The banned list covers any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, with an immediate permanent ban and a report to NCMEC; content depicting real, identifiable people; non-consent themes and similar prohibited categories; arranging real-world sexual services; and getting around filters, age checks or geo-blocks. Every character profile displays its age, and the content policy says prompt filtering and review of outputs before delivery are designed to stop content that depicts or appears to depict a minor. A removal request for intimate imagery that appears to depict the requester is honored within 48 hours. Disputes go to individual arbitration with a class action waiver, and new users can opt out in writing within 30 days of creating an account.
On privacy, the policy lists email, account settings, chats, prompts and outputs, purchase history and basic device data. It says government IDs and biometric data are not stored and that card numbers go only to the processor. Staff access to chats is restricted and logged, and the data is not sold. Chats and the whole account can be deleted from settings. For visitors in the US, limited advertising tags run on public pages and checkout-start pages, and a footer link opts out.
Who it suits
SpiceMatch suits an adult who likes the fan-platform format, wants quick replies and a swipe deck, and prefers to meter spending by credit. The free tier is small at 10 messages a day, and anything beyond chat costs credits, so a user who wants lots of photos and video should look at the credit table before assuming a plan covers it.
