What Edem AI is

Edem AI is an AI companion platform for adults that runs in a web browser, with no app to install, on phones, tablets and desktops. Its FAQ describes realistic, anime and fantasy characters to chat with, a creator for building your own, and on-request photos, voice messages and animated video calls. You can start free: a new account gets coins with no credit card, though messaging on the free tier has a usage cap. Paid plans remove the message limit.

What you can do with it

The catalog is the main entry point. The site claims 350+ ready-made companions in these visual styles: Realistic for photorealistic characters, Anime for manga-style ones, and Furry for anthropomorphic fantasy characters. The FAQ says the catalog includes women, men and trans characters, with ages from 18 up to 40+, and a range of ethnicities, body types and personalities from sweet and romantic to dominant and intense. Each character page lists age, background, occupation and personality before you start, so browsing works like a dating app. The navigation also lists a feed, daily challenges and a scenario creator.

Chat is described as private and unlimited on paid plans. The FAQ says every companion holds a private conversation and remembers what you talk about across sessions. The creator page calls this long-term memory. The site states no memory length and no model name. The site supports both safe-for-work and NSFW roleplay, and says the companion has no content filter on what it will discuss. The navigation links include adult chat, roleplay chat, dirty talk and a girlfriend generator, which is how the site labels these modes. For readers interested in dominant partners, the footer carries link labels for BDSM, bondage and dominatrix topics, and the catalog includes dominant personalities, but the pages do not describe a separate BDSM tool or scenario system beyond that.

The character creator is open to every account, including free ones. It walks you through a gender and style choice (female, male or trans; realistic, anime or furry), then appearance such as body, hair, eyes and outfit, age, ethnicity, occupation, personality, backstory and how the character speaks, in a few minutes. The site says the finished companion has a consistent visual identity, supports everything catalog characters do, and stays private to your account by default. Designing is free, but generating the initial images costs coins.

Images are requested from inside a chat or in a generation studio. In chat you ask for a scene, outfit, pose or mood and the picture is generated on demand to match your companion's appearance. The studio page describes a text prompt turned into images and short videos in those styles, with the same face, body and style carried across generations of the same character. It says results arrive in seconds, that the studio has no content filter on mature themes, and that creations are private unless you choose to share them. The studio screen itself shows a character picker for featured or self-made characters, a prompt box limited to 500 characters, quick presets, advanced options and a personal gallery with favorites that keeps images and videos apart. A Solo and Group switch is marked as under development.

Voice and video are covered by one sentence on the FAQ: companions also support real-time voice messages and animated video calls, so the same character can speak to you and appear on camera. Voice and video calls cost coins, and the creator page says custom characters get voice messages and video calls like catalog ones. For someone shopping for an AI phone sex product, this is the relevant feature, and it is on-request rather than a dedicated calling service.

Free tier, plans and billing

There is a free tier and a subscription ladder of a Weekly Pass, a Monthly plan and a 3-Month Bundle, and each includes unlimited messaging and a coin allowance for extras. Coins pay for custom photos, photo unblurs, image generation and voice or video calls. The free tier gives a one-off starting balance of coins and a capped number of messages. The site says the free tier never converts into a paid plan on its own, and that there is no per-message token system, so messages are never metered on a paid plan. The FAQ says subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial for new members, with no charge until it ends and cancellation allowed any time before then. When the free cap is reached, the FAQ says you can wait for it to reset or upgrade. The pages do not say how many free messages you get. The terms add that a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless it is canceled before it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. You cancel from your account's billing settings in a couple of clicks and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, with no cancellation fee, and coins already credited stay yours. Purchases are final and non-refundable under the terms, and the pages say to email support before disputing a charge with your bank; a chargeback without contacting support can lead to termination and forfeited coins. Payments run through Centrobill and show on a card statement as centrohelp.com, which carries no reference to the site. Prices display in your local currency at checkout. Coin packs are separate one-time purchases with no recurring charge. Under the terms, free and bonus coins can expire or be withdrawn at the site's discretion, coins are spent in the order free, bonus, then purchased, and subscription prices can change with at least 30 days' notice.

In October 2026 the pricing page lists the Weekly Pass at $2.99 per week, Monthly at $5.99 per month and the 3-Month Bundle at $14.99 for the quarter. The FAQ says the Weekly Pass includes 500 coins and up to 20 image generations a week. New accounts start with 100 free coins. The coin pack list starts at 700 coins, shown at $4.99 beside a crossed-out higher price, and climbs through larger packs marked down the same way.

Rules and privacy

The site is for adults 18 and over, with an age gate on entry. The terms prohibit sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, and prohibit using AI to generate sexual, nude or compromising images or videos of real, identifiable people without consent, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals. The site states that all characters, images and interactions are fictional and AI-generated and that no real individuals are depicted.

Signup needs only an email address, with no real name, phone number or identity check. The FAQ says conversations are private, never shared or published, and not used to train public models. You can delete your account and its data from account settings, and the help center warns that a deleted account cannot be recovered. Edem AI LLC, a company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, operates the site, and support answers within 24 to 48 hours, by email or by a ticket opened from account settings. The help center mentions priority support on eligible plans. The terms also describe a creator program, in which users publish characters and earn a revenue share when others interact with them. The About page says the platform launched in 2026.

Who it suits

Edem AI suits an adult who wants a large catalog or a custom character, unlimited chat and on-request photos, voice and video from one browser tab, and who is happy to pay weekly or monthly. The free start with a character creator makes it easy to test before paying.

It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants a stated free message count or a refund path, since purchases are final. Image, voice and video use coins on top of the subscription allowance, so a heavy user of generation should expect to buy packs as well. The trial needs attention too, because it turns into a paid plan if it is not canceled in time.
